The installation of plastic diffuser boxes is a quick and simple process. It is important to plan the exact locations of the diffusers in the room in advance to ensure optimal airflow distribution.
Location selection and fixing
The box is mounted to the ceiling slab using standard fixing elements, such as perforated tape or special brackets. The spigot must be directed exactly towards the planned opening in the finished ceiling.
Flexible duct connections
Flexible ducts are conveniently pressed into the connection ports. Before doing so, it is necessary to place special sealing rings on the duct to achieve the highest airtightness class. Locks can be used for additional stability.
Diffuser installation
After the finished ceiling is fully installed, the diffuser is simply inserted into the Ø125 mm spigot. If necessary, if the ceiling is lowered significantly, standard extension sleeves can be used.
