SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver products throughout Lithuania directly to your home, project site, or office. We do not operate physical showrooms, allowing us to focus entirely on efficient and smooth courier delivery.

1. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: For orders with a total cart value of €100 or more, delivery is free.

Standard Shipping: For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight, volume, and delivery address.

Curonian Spit (Neringa): An additional surcharge may apply for deliveries to the Curonian Spit. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout or coordinated separately before the order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

In-Stock Items: If the item is in our local warehouse, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

Special Orders: If an item is ordered directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, the delivery time may be longer. We will inform you of the estimated timeframe separately, or it will be indicated on the product page.

Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made on business days, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The courier usually contacts you via phone or SMS before arrival.

3. Heavy Shipments & Pallets
Most ventilation equipment (recuperators, large quantities of ducts) is shipped on pallets.

Curbside Delivery: For heavy items and palletized goods, the delivery service is strictly curbside—meaning the courier will deliver to the point where a freight vehicle/van can physically access (e.g., driveway, building entrance, or loading dock).

Unloading & Handling: The courier will unload the pallet from the vehicle using a liftgate. The standard shipping fee does not include carrying items inside (e.g., into the apartment or house). The buyer is responsible for moving the goods into the premises.

Oversized Items: While most goods fit on standard pallets, delivery conditions for extremely long items (e.g., rigid pipes over 3–4 meters) may need to be coordinated individually.

4. Receiving Your Shipment
When receiving your order, please inspect the condition of the packaging in the presence of the courier.

If you notice that the packaging is damaged (torn, wet, deformed), do not sign for it immediately.

You must note the damage on the delivery document (or scanner) and ask the courier to draw up a damage report (pakuotės pažeidimo aktas).

Please inform us of any damages via : immediately.

If you accept the shipment and sign without remarks, the goods are considered to have been delivered in good condition and without defects.
