ORO Haus operates using the Shopify platform. Shopify: The provider of our e-commerce platform (data processor).
Payment providers: Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, which is operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore, your personal information required for payment processing and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS. We also use the “Shopify Payments” system to process card payments.
Other service providers: Courier services (for delivery), accounting firms.
Legal requirements: To government authorities, if required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5. Data Retention and International Transfers
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill our purposes (e.g., to complete an order) or as required by law. Because we use Shopify, your data may be transferred to and stored outside of Europe (e.g., in Canada or the USA). Such transfers are protected based on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
