REC LFT Air Distribution Collector
Galvanized steel air distribution manifold for flexible REC Flex system
REC LFT manifolds ensure even air distribution between the main duct and flexible hoses. Made of durable galvanized steel, available with 5-16 ports and optional LFT-I acoustic insulation.
Why choose the REC LFT manifold?
The REC LFT series manifolds are designed for professional air distribution in modern ventilation systems. The main advantage of these manifolds is extremely low air resistance and the ability to accurately balance flows throughout the building. Made of high-quality ZN 275 galvanized steel, they are resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage, ensuring long-lasting maintenance-free operation.
LFT-I version with COOLFLEX insulation
When choosing the LFT-I model, the manifold is equipped with a special 9 mm thick COOLFLEX insulation. This material not only provides thermal insulation but also features excellent sound-absorbing properties, reducing noise transmission through the ducts. Furthermore, COOLFLEX technology prevents the growth of bacteria and mold, keeping the air clean and hygienic.
Compatible components
These manifolds are an integral part of the REC FLEX SYSTEM. They are perfectly compatible with HDPE 75 mm and 90 mm flexible ducts. To ensure airtightness, it is recommended to use RE75/90 sealing rings. If you have questions about the configuration, ORO Haus specialists will help you select the most suitable setup for your project.
REC LFT technical specifications
Below are the main technical data points ensuring system efficiency and airtightness.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Material | Galvanized steel ZN 275 |
| Air direction | Supply / Extract (Bidirectional) |
| Inlet diameter (d1) | O125 / O160 / O200 mm |
| Outlet diameter (d2) | O75 / O90 mm |
| Insulation (LFT-I) | 9 mm COOLFLEX (antibacterial) |
| Airtightness class | Class D (acc. to EN 17192) |
Dimensions by configuration
Physical dimensions of the manifold depend on the number of ports. All models are designed to occupy minimal ceiling space.
| Parameter | 5 x O75/90 | 8 x O75/90 | 12 x O75/90 | 16 x O75/90 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Length (A) | 563 mm | 458 mm | 670 mm | 880 mm |
| Width (B) | 220 mm | 220 mm | 220 mm | 220 mm |
| Height (C) | 150 mm | 215 mm | 215 mm | 215 mm |
| Inlet (d1) | 125 mm | 160 mm | 160/200 mm | 200 mm |
Installation of the REC LFT manifold is fast and straightforward thanks to its well-thought-out design. Correct installation guarantees quiet system operation and airtightness.
Location selection
The manifold is typically installed above suspended ceilings or in technical rooms. It is important to ensure enough space is left for the main duct connection and for routing flexible hoses without sharp bends.
Main duct connection
The main duct (from the AHU) is connected to the d1 inlet. It is recommended to use noise-attenuating ducts (e.g., AKU-COMP) between the AHU and the manifold.
Flexible duct connections
REC Flex 75/90 flexible hoses are connected to the d2 ports. It is essential to use RE sealing rings to achieve airtightness class D. Unused ports must be closed with PL75/90 end caps.
Airflow balancing
To balance the system, it is recommended to use INNO-PU or RRD dampers, which allow for precise adjustment of air volume for each room individually.

Create your complete REC Flex system
Pair the LFT manifold with REC Flex HDPE ducts, sealing rings, plenum boxes, and silencers for optimal ventilation.
