RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, and undamaged).
In its original packaging (with all tags, protective films, and manuals).
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Custom-made products (e.g., special order ducts, custom-painted grilles, or configured units).
Unsealed filters (due to hygiene and loss of performance integrity).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of defects or shipping damage, we will cover the replacement costs.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
