This website is operated by MB “Miško Giesmė”(hereinafter – "We", "Us"). By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter – "Terms").

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without notice (this does not affect orders already confirmed). We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us (e.g., if stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for promptly updating your account (email, address) so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All product prices in our store are listed including VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs are not included in the product price—they are calculated and displayed at Checkout.

SECTION 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Please review our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return items.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania based on the location of MB “Miško Giesmė” headquarters.
