Why choose this slot diffuser?
This linear plaster-in diffuser is the ideal choice for those seeking maximum room comfort without visual noise. Due to its unique design, airflow is distributed evenly and quietly, avoiding unpleasant drafts. The included specially adapted air distribution box ensures optimal air velocity reduction. The sturdy stainless steel body guarantees the device's longevity.
Design and interior compatibility
The main advantage of this diffuser is the ability to hide it completely. Once installed and plastered around, only a narrow 10 mm wide slot remains visible. The classic matte white (RAL9016) color suits any modern interior - from minimalist living rooms to elegant offices. The device can be mounted in both ceilings and walls, maintaining a cohesive design line across all rooms.
Complete ventilation system
For successful system operation, the linear diffuser is connected to flexible ventilation ducts. Different connection box diameters (75, 100, or 125 mm) allow easy integration of this product into new or existing heat recovery systems. ORO Haus specialists will help select the right length and diameter models to ensure your entire home system operates balanced and quietly.

Installation of this diffuser requires specific finishing skills, as the product is plastered-in and fully integrated into plasterboard ceilings or walls. You will find the complete assembly drawing in the manufacturer's manual.
Mounting preparation
Plan the location of the diffuser and box in advance. Note the required height clearance in the ceiling or wall frame (from 145 mm to 185 mm, depending on duct diameter). The box is secured to the load-bearing ceiling using mounting profiles or rods before attaching the plasterboard.
Duct connection
Connect the routed flexible ventilation ducts to the diffuser box branches (75, 100, or 125 mm). Ensure a tight seal using sealing rings or special fixing accessories.
Plastering and painting
Once the plasterboard is screwed around the diffuser frame, plaster is applied over the body flanges. Using reinforcement tape to prevent cracking is recommended. After the surface dries and is sanded, the ceiling is painted. The internal slot part of the diffuser is protected during installation to prevent paint from entering.
Airflow adjustment
The main airflow balancing is typically done at the central distribution boxes (manifolds) using flow restrictors before the air reaches the diffuser.
Cleaning and maintenance
Due to the minimalist design, maintenance is extremely easy. The slot can be cleaned using a soft vacuum cleaner attachment or a gentle cloth.
