Dimensions and location selection
To prevent condensation on the inner walls of the unit, ensure proper conditions in the room. Leave sufficient clearance below the unit for easy filter replacement and maintenance.
Duct connection
The unit uses 160 mm diameter connections. To prevent vibration transmission to the ductwork and ensure quieter system operation, we recommend using flexible connectors (silencers).
Condensate drainage
For the plate (ST) model, condensate drainage is mandatory, requiring a proper siphon installation. For the enthalpy (SET) model, condensate drainage is usually not required under normal residential conditions, but may be planned as a precaution in highly humid environments.
Electrical connection
Electrical connections must only be performed by a qualified electrician according to the provided diagram. The unit is classified as a Class I electrical appliance and requires proper grounding.
Control systems
By connecting the FPD controller, you can activate the integrated Wi-Fi. This allows you to control fan speeds, monitor temperatures, and receive filter replacement notifications directly on your smartphone.
First start
Before the first power-on:
- Check that the unit is free of installation dust and filters are correctly seated.
- Ensure that the ducts are sealed and secured.
- Turn on the unit and perform initial airflow balancing via the control panel.
Maintenance and filters
Regularly inspect and replace filters, especially after new building construction. Do not operate the unit without filters, as dust can damage sensitive heat exchanger and EC motor components.
