The installation of a flush frameless diffuser requires care, as it is integrated directly into the plasterboard ceiling during the finishing stage.
Mounting preparation
Cut a hole in the ceiling of the appropriate diameter for the duct connection (100 mm or 125 mm). Attach the included mounting brackets to the plasterboard.
Duct connection
Connect the ventilation system duct to the diffuser spigot. Ensure system tightness and use reliable fixing materials.
Diffuser installation and finishing
Insert the diffuser body into the prepared place. The outer frame of the diffuser must be plastered together with the ceiling. After plastering and painting, only the central round part and the air gap will remain visible.
Airflow adjustment
Before starting to use the system, adjust the airflow using the internal balancing damper. If maximum airflow is required, this damper can be removed.
Cleaning and maintenance
